About Mobile Foods Service

  Mobile Food Service was founded by Bill Ray Culuris. Being a Charlotte native, Bill learned the value of buying meats in bulk from his parents. He founded the company in 1990 and even at the young age of 20, he realized that he wanted to pass along this service to his friends and family, ultimately growing mobile foods service into the company it is today. When Bill tells this story of how he started Mobile Food Service it always starts with "I started up Mobile Food Service and with my first truck that was white with a cow pattern motif with horns on the top. I began distributing quality meat at a great price all through the Carolinas I've been doing it ever since." Bill wants to bring ethics back to the mobile food industry where people take pride in their products, not here one day and gone the next.
